We had Craig help us with out search for a new house upon returning from an assignment overseas with the military. Craig went out of his way to make the process as simple as possible for us (during the middle of Covid 2020) by arranging zoom tours of houses while we were still abroad. Craig maintained the utmost professionalism and was very responsive during the search and relieved all of my worries in purchasing a house. Editing to add: 2 years later Craig helped us sell our home! He made the entire process so unbelievably simple! I had a lot of personal issues going on during the process of getting the house ready for sale but Craig was very supportive through the process and kept following up to see where I was in the process. Once I was ready to list it, the process moved very quickly and Craig handled the “heavy lifting” of getting it listed and coordinating with other realtors for viewings. Once I accepted an offer and went under contract Craig made sure to keep the process transparent and was a flawless liaison between myself and the buyers. I cannot stress enough how comfortable Craig made me through the whole process. I recommend Craig to every single person looking to buy or sell a home.
